Veronica Castillo (She/Her)

M.S., CCC, Speech-Language Pathologist

Veronica (she/her) or as her family likes to call her, Vero, is a Bilingual (Spanish/English) and Bi-Cultural (Colombian-American) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). She has worked as a SLP in a non-profit,  private practice, and charter public school settings in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past nine years.

She received her Master’s degree from San Francisco State University and has primarily worked with Bi/Multilingual & Bi/Multicultural populations. In 2022, she received her Advanced Certificate in Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology at Columbia University. It was through this experience that she realized she enjoyed reading textbooks/research articles and synthesizing them all the while sharing that information with SLP colleagues. That is when she decided to offer professional development and consultation services to help support clinicians conduct ethical, equitable, and culturally & linguistically responsive speech and language assessments and therapy.

On her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally and in her campervan around the country, reading, and practicing yoga & meditation.
